2024 Holiday Shipping Guarantee & Returns Offer
All quoted holiday shipping dates apply to in-stock items. All Apparel and Shoes sales are final at this time and do not qualify for the Free Return Offer. Custom orders and back-ordered items may be delayed due to manufacturers. Orders must be placed by 10am CST on the days quoted in our email advertisements. Holiday gift purchases made between 11/27/2024 and 12/31/2024 may be returned by 1/31/2025 for full value. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased. If products are not returned in the same condition, they may be returned under our 60-day play guarantee policy. All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, Corporate Check, or refunded back to the Credit Card which items were purchased on. Holiday gift items may not be returned for a refund in the form of cash. All products returned after 1/31/2025 will fall under our 60-day play guarantee if within the 60-day window. If you are not within the 60-day window from when your purchase is made you may trade or sell your items using the current pricing found in our value guide.

You may return merchandise to 2nd Swing within 60 days under our 60 Day Play Guarantee. (Excludes Apparel and Footwear)

- 60 Day Play Guarantee
Customers can try out purchased items and, if unsatisfied for any reason, may ship the items, within 60 days of receiving them, back to 2ndswing.com and receive 100 percent money back (online orders only) or 100 percent in-store credit. - Return Rules
Returns are eligible to be refunded as 2nd Swing Credit or to the original form of payment (online orders only). We do not provide cash refunds.- Used Items : Golfers have up to 60 days to return a used item in the same/original condition for 100% Credit or Money Back (online orders only). 1 return per category annually. 20% restocking fee for 2nd return or more per category.
- New Items (In Stock or Custom Order): Golfers have up to 60 days to return a new item in new/original condition for 100% Credit or Money Back. If the item is used and is in 9.0 Above Average Condition, a golfer can choose 100% credit or 80% money back (online orders only). 1 return per category annually. 20% restocking fee for 2nd return or more per category
- Restocking fees of 20% are assessed when:
- An item is returned in a lesser condition than sold. For Example, A 9.5 mint rated club is used and returned at a 9.0 above average club condition. 2nd Swing Condition Guide
- A customer has made a previous return of the same item type (Driver, Iron set, Putter, Shaft Only, etc…) in the same calendar year
- Restocking fees of 40% are assessed when:
- A Driver, Fairway, or hybrid shaft is purchased in New (10/10) condition and is returned to 2nd Swing gripped, and/or tipped with an OEM adapter Sleeve installed, and or cut down from the butt or tip end of the shaft.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You can request a pre-paid label for your return (Cost of $14.99 per label) by emailing service@2ndswing.com or calling 612-216-4152 EXT 3 during business hours. If 2nd Swing makes an error with your order, we will provide a free FedEx label for return shipping. - Refunds
Refunds to the Original form of Payment (credit card, PayPal, etc) can only be processed by sending your clubs back to 2nd Swing via our online returns process.

I only played once with my mint (9.5) item, will there be a restocking fee?
Mint condition items sold at 2nd Swing have not been used on-course, normal use of a mint condition club will result in a lower condition. Condition Guide
What if my apparel item or shoes don’t fit correctly or are defective?
Questions on what items qualify for our warranty process can be answered by calling our team at 612-216-4152 x3. Apparel items that are tested or worn are not eligible for return.
Does 2nd Swing have a Demo Program?
Yes, all products have a 60 day play guarantee. Purchasing and returning multiple items may result in a restocking fee of 20% if you have already returned an item of that type in this calendar year.
What If I make customizations to used clubs?
Any customizations/alterations made to a 2ndSwing product, outside of a common grip replacement, may void ability for return. This includes change of length, loft/lies, shaft swaps, weights, paints, stampings and epoxy.
What if I received an item and wasn’t in the condition advertised?

2ND SWING IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
You may return merchandise to 2nd Swing within 30 days under our 30 Day Play Guarantee. (Excludes Apparel and Footwear)
- 30 Day Play Guarantee
Customers can try out purchased items and, if unsatisfied for any reason, bring the items back to any 2nd Swing location within 30 days of purchase to receive 2nd Swing Credit in the full amount paid for the items. - Return Rules
- Used Items : Golfers have up to 30 days to return a used item in the same/original condition for 100% Credit. 1 return per category. 20% restocking fee for 2nd return or more per category. If the item is used and is not in the same condition as purchased (Condition Guide), a golfer will receive 80% value back as store credit.
- New Items (In Stock or Custom Order): Golfers have up to 30 days to return a new item for 100% Credit. If the item is used, the item must be in 9.0 Above Average Condition. Golfers have up to 7 days from purchase for 100% Credit or Money money back if the item is returned in new/original condition. 1 return per category. 20% restocking fee for 2nd return or more per category
- Restocking fees of 20% are assessed when:
- A used item is returned in a lesser condition than sold. Ex. A used 9.0 above average condition club is returned at a 8.0 average condition
- A customer has made a previous return of the same item type (Driver, Iron set, Putter, Shaft Only, etc…) in the same calendar year
- Additional fees not eligible for refund:
- Shipping costs - Including Expedited 2 Day/Overnight
