Emiliano Grillo's Winning Clubs | 2023 Charles Schwab Challenge
Emiliano Grillo hadn’t won on the PGA Tour in nearly eight years prior to this weekend at the Charles Schwab Challenge. Known for his ball striking, Grillo had always been labeled as one of the many tour pros that can be dangerous if he has a great putting week. The Argentinian gained 7.439 strokes throughout the week on the greens, good enough for second in the field and propel him to a playoff against Adam Schenk for the title, which Grillo would win.
Grillo, a Callaway tour staff member, also finished with the sixth-most strokes gained on approach shots with his Callaway Apex TCB irons. He also plays a Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond driver, Callaway Rogue fairway wood, Callaway Apex Pro hybrid, Callaway Mack Daddy forged wedges (46, 50 degrees), Cobra Forged wedges (54, 60 degrees), and an Odyssey White Hot Stroke Lab OG 5 putter.
