As with its counterpart model, the Epic MAX Star’s engineers relied on Artificial Intelligence to maximize the club’s performance. With extreme forgiveness, a high launch, and easy speed, this driver is ideal for golfers that may need help launching the ball higher or those who tend to miss the center of the clubface.

The Tech Story

52 grams lighter than the Epic MAX Driver, the Epic MAX Star Driver makes increasing swing speed and ball speed a simple task. Driven by Artificial Intelligence, Jailbreak Technology has been exceptional in increasing the performance of Callaway drivers in the past few generations. With that said, Callaway saw an opportunity to also use A.I. to further improve Jailbreak. The result is the new Jailbreak Speed Frame. Prior Jailbreak construction consisted of two internal vertical bars, but the new Jailbreak Speed Frame expands to cover more area inside the clubface, providing horizontal and vertical stability. This change increases ball speeds on contact made all across the clubface. Finally, a 9-gram adjustable sliding rear weight allows golfers to alter their ball flight at will.
