The shape of these irons is that of a classic cavity back blade with a thin topline and narrower sole. To increase forgiveness in the long (3-6) irons the set features progressive perimeter weighting. This provides added stability where you need it and improved workability in the short irons. The clubhead is milled three times: the face, the cavity and finally, the grooves. This provides precise weight location and optimal spin. To provide the feel better players demand the irons are forged from 8620 steel and coated with a black PVD finish that adds a sleek look as well as improved feel.
