The Callaway Apex Pro irons are designed for the better golfer with a taste for the traditional. The standard Apex irons were all about feel and the Pro line takes that same responsive feel and puts it in a more compact head. The Pro’s have a thinner sole and topline with a smaller club head from heel to toe. The redesigned grooves generate less spin out of the rough to preserve distance. Weight inserts in the long irons lower the Center of Gravity to improve launch conditions from these typically more difficult to hit clubs.
