Cobra 2021 T-Rail Combo Iron Set
Who’s It For?
Cobra Golf has made some incredible game-improvement products over the years, implementing key technologies to drive straighter, higher-launching shots. In 2021, Cobra introduced a new and improved T-Rail iron set, designed with hybrid distance and iron accuracy. The 2021 Cobra T-Rail irons offer a shape that combines the best characteristics of a hybrid and an iron to help golfers with moderate to slow swing speeds launch the ball into the air easier. It’s important to note that the T-Rails are available in two set configurations. One set includes all hybrid-irons, while the other includes a 4-hybrid and 5-iron through pitching wedge in the hybrid-iron shape. Both sets, however, are designed to deliver exceptional game-improvement performance with extreme forgiveness and easy launch.
The Tech Story
The new Cobra T-Rail irons are highlighted by a hollow construction throughout the entire set that creates powerful speed and distance. Within the hollow construction is a set of internal ribs that add stability and reduce vibrations to provide a pleasing feel and sound. Golfers will also notice the Hollow Split Rail, an evolution of Cobra’s signature Baffler Rail design. The Hollow Split Rails increase flex up to 70 percent behind the hitting zone for added speed while maintaining the smooth turf interaction that the Baffler design is known for. Additionally, the T-Rail irons include a forged high-strength steel face designed with variable thickness E9 technology to maximize distance on shots hit all over the face.
