Used Cobra KING 3D Printed Agera Armlock Putter
Who’s It For?
Cobra has re-entered the putter game, and has made a splash in doing so. Each putter in the new KING 3D Printed Putter series is loaded with innovative technology and new construction methods designed to improve putting performance. Most notable is the new 3D Printing approach to putter design and a new clubface from SIK. Of course, golfers also need to pay attention to the clubhead and toe hang that best suits their putting strokes. The KING 3D Printed Agera Armlock is an oversized mallet with no toe hang to best fit golfers with a straight-back, straight through putting stroke. It is also 41 inches in length for golfers who utilize the Armlock putting method.
The Tech Story
There’s a whole lot to unpack when it comes to the new Cobra KING 3D Printed putters. The multi-material construction features a 3D printed nylon lattice structure that is designed to optimize the weight distribution within the putter head to create the highest MOI possible for maximum stability. Additionally, the construction includes a 262-gram steel frame, a 27-gram aluminum cap, and 53 grams of tungsten weighting in the heel and toe. This combination delivers incredibly high MOI and maximum stability. Meanwhile, the aluminum face insert features SIK’s proprietary Descending Loft Technology, which includes four descending lofts to ensure the most consistent strike and roll regardless of where contact is made on the clubface. Lastly, the Cobra KING 3D Printed putters come with a Lamkin Smart Grip featuring Arccos sensors that can pair with the Arccos Caddie mobile app, allowing golfers to track their putting stats and improve their game.
