Used Ping 2021 CA 70 Putter
Who’s It For?
PING has held a strong reputation as one of the best golf club manufacturers in the industry for decades. The original Anser putter head design from PING revolutionized putter construction, and the design is still widely used today in golf. Of course, PING has also expanded its head designs and technologies since then. The new 2021 putters from PING deliver soft feel and consistent performance, while offering a wide range of head types and options for any stroke type. The 2021 PING CA 70 is a new mid-mallet head design that will fit golfers with a straight putting stroke or a slight arc in their putting strokes.
The Tech Story
All PING golf clubs, not just the putters, are designed to provide feel and forgiveness. PING delivers both attributes in the 2021 putters through a multi-material construction that includes 17-4 stainless steel, tungsten, and aluminum. The tungsten is positioned in the heel and toe, visible when looking at the clubface, in order to stabilize the head at impact. The Dual-Durometer face insert includes a front layer of Pebax that is softer for precision on short putts, while the back layer is firmer to provide distance control on longer putts. The face insert also features shallower grooves that are uniform depth across the face, delivering extremely soft feel and consistent roll. In total, there are 11 2021 PING putter models all offering various head shapes and hosel types to fit any putting stroke. The 2021 CA70 is best suited for golfers with little to no arc in their putting strokes.
