Ping PLD Milled Prime Tyne 4 Putter
Who’s It For?
The new PING PLD Milled putters represent another step forward in the putter category for PING, which has long been one of the first brands that comes to mind when golfers think about equipment. The PING PLD (Putter Lab Design) Milled putters consist of four tour-validated models that have been meticulously milled to perfection to deliver a superb, soft feel. With that said, golfers who prefer a softer feel with the putter will gravitate towards the PING PLD Milled putters. But of course, it’s also important to note that the Prime Tyne 4 model is designed for golfers with a slight arc in their putting stroke.
The Tech Story
PING used premium materials to craft the PLD Milled putters. Each model is meticulously milled from 303 Forged stainless steel, providing a superb feel. Meanwhile, the Deep AMP (Aggressive Milling Pattern) face helps provide more precision and control thanks to a consistent roll at impact. Each of the four models available in the PING PLD Milled line comes at a standard 20° lie angle and 3° of loft. However, the lie angle can be customized +/- 4.0° and the loft can be customized by +/- 2.0° to ensure it will fit your unique putting stroke.
