Perhaps no name is more synonymous with Limited Edition Putters than Scotty Cameron. Cameron’s artistry and exquisite craftsmanship have delivered both performance and aesthetic appeal to golfers for decades. New in 2024 is the B3 Triple Black Design LTD line, a limited run of popular, playable designs crafted in a highly desirable Tour Black finish. Each of the putters “Triple Black” design features a black finish, black shaft, and black grip. The Newport 2 is one of four time-honored and tour-proven models within the line and is based on the Super Select Newport 2 Shape, and still features medium toe flow that will suit golfers with a mild arc in their putting stroke.

The Tech Story

The Scotty Cameron B3 Triple Black Design LTD Newport 2 putter features a Tour Black Finish, preferred by many Tour pros and those players who prefer a dark putter to reduce sun glare. This PVD treatment is applied to the 303 stainless steel putter head after manual misting of the topline and back, and hand buffing of the face and sole. The chrome shaft also carries the same Tour Black finish, complemented by a black Pistolini Plus grip, creating a striking “triple black design.” The refined I-Beam plumbing neck, unengraved and precision milled, provides a full shaft of offset and allows for the removal and targeted repositioning of weight to the heel and toe for enhanced performance. Additionally, the putter incorporates dual-milled face technology, combining the softness of deep-milled putters with the consistency and feedback of mid-milled offerings, delivering a tour-inspired feel with a player-preferred face texture.
