This Small Batch putter features a distinctive design inspired by the city itself – the "Wild West" of gunslingers and outlaws.

The Tech Story

The Toulon Design Scottsdale Small Batch putter is a mid-mallet inspired by classic 1960s blade designs, featuring a unique, modified H1 hosel that promotes a blade-like flow typically found in heel-shafted putters. This hosel design, combined with the putter's most striking feature – its elegantly flowing flange – balances aesthetics with performance. The flange gracefully extends from the topline and heel, culminating in a peak towards the toe, which strategically positions the center of gravity for optimal balance and forgiveness, offsetting the hosel's weight. This design philosophy echoes the form-follows-function principles of Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture prevalent in Scottsdale. The flange is meticulously milled with a pattern of tiny diamonds to minimize glare and create a visually stunning surface on the 904L stainless steel. The sole incorporates a functional "bullet sole" design, reducing weight from the center of the head for increased forgiveness and achieving a target weight of 355 grams. Inspired by the Wild West history of Arizona, the sole's design and accompanying graphics package draw from vintage pistol engravings, movie posters, and "wanted" bulletins, adding a unique character to the putter. Beneath the graphics lies the signature slow-milled pattern characteristic of Toulon's Small Batch putters.
