The Tech Story

Grain flow forged from a single billet of 1025E mild carbon steel in the 8-iron through pitching wedge, the Pro 223’s “scoring irons” were designed with an emphasis on optimizing touch. The set’s 4-7 irons’ heads are Forged Chromoly with a Flow Microslot that balance powerful distance with superb accuracy. A precisely beveled back edge allowed Mizuno engineers to find room for the micro slot without having to compromise their authentic tour-accepted sole. By blending an unmatched feel with stout distance capabilities, Mizuno has made their Pro 223 Irons a terrific option for great iron players.
