The Tech Story
The Srixon ZX7 irons contain a tour cavity that repositions mass to both the perimeter and the sweet spot, improving both the feel and the assistance on mis-hits. Srixon’s trademark VT sole is also present on the ZX5 irons, which contains a V-shaped sole that glides smoothly through any kind of turf, regardless of how clean contact is. Additionally, the grooves throughout the set change slightly to optimize performance. Grooves in the 3-iron through 7-iron are wider, while the grooves for the 8-iron through pitching wedge have deeper and closer-set grooves to offer more control and to cut through materials more efficiently.
