Who’s It For?

The all new Cleveland RTX 6 ZipCore wedges are designed to help golfers of all skill levels improve their short game through a variety of shots and several new technologies. Important for any golfer in selecting a wedge is understanding which sole grind is right for their swing. The RTX 6 ZipCore wedges feature four sole grinds: Low, Low+, Mid, and Full. The Low and Low+ feature a small bounce angle and are designed for firm turf conditions and shallower attack angles. The Mid grind is designed for all-around performance in all turf conditions and will fit the average swing. And finally, the Full grind is made for bunker play and thick lies in the rough, and will work especially well for golfers in soft conditions or golfers with a steep angle of attack.

Cleveland Golf has been a leader in the golf wedge space for decades, consistently producing new, innovative technologies to help golfers improve their short games. The RTX 6 ZipCore wedges reflect the latest edition, powered by ZipCore technology, which consists of a low-density core made up of ZipCore material that helped engineers increase MOI throughout the clubhead by 20%. UltiZip technology features grooves that are sharper, deeper, and tightly spaced to slice through debris or outside material to ensure clean, consistent interaction with the golf ball. And finally, new HydraZip technology includes a new dynamic blast and laser-milled line system that enhances friction and spin in any conditions. As noted above, the four sole grind options (Low, Low+, Mid, and Full) allow golfers with any swing type or that play on any type of course to benefit from the RTX 6 ZipCore wedges. The RTX 6 ZipCore wedges are also available in three finishes – Tour Satin, Black Satin, and Tour Rack (raw).
