Cobra KING SB One Length Wedge
Who’s It For?
One aspect of every professional golfer’s game that most amateurs envy is the professional’s ability to produce spin. Whether ripping back a soaring approach or hitting a one-hop-and-stop pitch, the pros are seemingly magicians with a wedge in their hands. Cobra’s new King One Length SB wedges feature the manufacturer’s innovative Snakebite groove design, a design that makes it quite a bit easier for amateurs to produce the kind of spin they usually only see on TV. As their name suggests, these wedges also perfectly complement single-length iron setups.
The Tech Story
Cobra’s new Snakebite grooves were created using a proprietary cutting method that leads to maximum groove volume and edge sharpness. Those two aspects help golfers generate a tremendous amount of spin. The King One Length SB wedges feature 10.0 and 8.0 degrees of bounce in the 56- and 60-degree models, respectively. Another notable feature in the 56, 58, and 60-degree King SB models are the full face grooves that help add even more spin around and approaching the greens. For golfers that have opted for a single-length setup for their irons, Cobra’s King One Length SB Wedge will help create uniformity and consistency throughout the bag.
