The PING i3 driver features back weighting that increases the club's Moment of Inertia, or resistance to twisting. This increased MOI results in a more forgiving driver without making the head to large. The i3 is small compared to modern driver standards at 198cc. This smaller size allows for greater shot shaping ability but won't reach the levels of forgiveness seen in the large 460cc drivers available today.
